If you’re here, I’m guessing life has felt heavy for a long time. Maybe you’re numb. Maybe you’re exhausted. Maybe you’ve tried all the “right” things, but nothing’s really touched the part of you that still feels stuck.
I get it. I’ve lived it.
I’m Holly. I’m a U.S. Army veteran, trauma survivor, and someone who’s walked through the kind of darkness most people don’t talk about.

There was a time I couldn’t function. PTSD had taken me out. I was declared disabled, unable to work, and deep in a place where I didn’t want to keep living. I tried to end my life. I was hospitalized, medicated, in and out of talk therapy, and still left wondering if anything would ever actually help.
For thirty years, I lived in survival mode without knowing it. I kept going, holding it all together, but I was barely there. It wasn’t until the pain I never had words for finally broke through that the healing began…not the clean kind, but the kind that knocks the wind out of you and demands your full attention.
That became the turning point.
I didn’t heal because I figured it all out. I healed because I stopped trying to think my way out and started letting my body and voice lead. Somatic work changed everything. Giving my voice space to shake, scream, sing, and speak the truth changed everything. I stopped performing and started feeling. I stopped explaining and started unraveling.
That’s the work I do now. I help women release the emotional weight that’s still stuck after trauma work without rehashing the pain. Women who’ve tried therapy, mindset work, even spiritual practices, but still feel off. Still disconnected. Still heavy in a way they can’t name.
We use intuitive voice work, nervous system care, and sacred grief transmutation to release what words couldn’t. That doesn’t mean sobbing on command or reliving your trauma. It means creating enough safety in your body that the stuck emotions – the tension, the shutdown, the silence – can finally shift.
You don’t have to perform to heal. You don’t have to explain it all. You just have to show up and let your body lead.
I don’t promise quick fixes. I offer something deeper: a way to safely come back to yourself…and in the process, rediscover who that even is. Not the version you had to become to survive, but the one that’s finally safe to just be.
You don’t have to relive your pain to release it. You don’t have to put on a face to be worthy of healing. You don’t have to do it alone.
Everything I know about healing didn’t come from a certification (although I have several)…it came from surviving. From clawing my way out of a place I wouldn’t wish on anyone. The depths of hell on earth.
I do this work so no one else has to feel that helpless, that hopeless, that alone. Because no one should have to claw their way out of hell by themselves. You deserve real support that speaks to your nervous system, your voice, your spirit, and your truth.
And if any part of you feels like, “Maybe this is what I’ve been looking for,”… you’re probably right.
