Meet Your Guide
If you’re here, I imagine you’re carrying a weight that most people can’t see. The world has moved on, but for you, the air still feels thick. Maybe you’re numb, moving through your days on autopilot.
Maybe you’re exhausted by the sheer effort of holding it together. You might have tried to “move forward” or “find closure,” but those words feel hollow, leaving the deepest part of your grief untouched.
I get it. I’ve lived it.
I’m Holly Runion – a U.S. Army veteran, trauma survivor, and someone who’s walked through the kind of darkness most people don’t talk about.
There was a time I couldn’t function. PTSD had taken me out. I was declared disabled, unable to work, and deep in a place where I didn’t want to keep living. I tried to end my life. I was hospitalized, medicated, in and out of talk therapy, and still left wondering if anything would ever actually help.
Then, the floor gave way completely. First, I lost my dad. The profound grief of his absence—reaching for the phone to share a recipe, only to remember the silence—left a void I didn’t know how to navigate.
In the raw, exposed aftermath of that loss, I was then hit with a devastatingly traumatic divorce—a one-two punch that shattered my remaining sense of safety and my vision for the future. I was grieving a man, a father, and then the life I thought I had, all at once.

You see, for thirty years, I had lived in survival mode without knowing it. I kept going, holding it all together, but I was barely there. It wasn’t until this compounded pain I never had words for finally broke through that the healing began…not the clean kind, but the kind that knocks the wind out of you and demands your full attention.
That became the turning point.
I didn’t heal because I figured it all out. I healed because I stopped trying to think my way out and started letting my body and voice lead. Somatic work changed everything. Giving my voice space to shake, scream, sing, and speak the truth changed everything. I stopped performing and started feeling. I stopped explaining and started unraveling.
And, before we go any further – healing is an ongoing process. I am still healing. My journey is what allows me to guide you to the tools that help you find your own way forward. This isn’t a path I’ve finished walking; it’s one I’ve learned how to navigate, and I would be honored to navigate it with you.
That’s the heart of the work I do now. I help people release the emotional weight that’s still stuck after grief work without rehashing the pain. People who’ve tried therapy, mindset work, even spiritual practices, but still feel off. Still disconnected. Still heavy in a way they can’t name.
We use intuitive voice work, nervous system care, and sacred grief transmutation to release what words couldn’t. That doesn’t mean sobbing on command or reliving your grief and trauma. It means creating enough safety in your body that the stuck emotions – the tension, the shutdown, the silence – can finally shift.
You don’t have to perform to heal. You don’t have to explain it all. You just have to show up and let your body lead.
I don’t promise quick fixes. I offer something deeper: a way to safely come back to yourself…and in the process, rediscover who that even is. Not the version you had to become to survive, but the one that’s finally safe to just be.
You don’t have to relive your pain to release it. You don’t have to put on a face to be worthy of healing. You don’t have to do it alone.
Everything I know about healing didn’t come from a certification (although I have several)…it came from surviving. From clawing my way out of a place I wouldn’t wish on anyone. The depths of hell on earth.
I do this work because I remember the profound isolation of feeling that helpless and hopeless. I believe no one should have to face that darkness alone. No one should have to claw their way out of hell by themselves. You deserve more than just to survive; you deserve to be guided, gently and with care, back to your own nervous system, your own voice, your own spirit..
And if any part of you feels like, “Maybe this is what I’ve been looking for,”… you’re probably right.
